Heavenly Father,

 I confess that I have gone my own way and have sinned against You.  I ask You to forgive me and I confess that Jesus alone is the Lord and Savior of my life.  I believe He died on the cross and bore all my sins, paying the price for them.  I believe in my heart that You raised Jesus from the dead and that he ascended into Heaven and is seated at Your right hand.

 Thank you for the gift of salvation and that according to Your word I am saved and will spend eternity with You.  I love You Father. In Jesus’ Name. Amen
